This weekend, we’re debuting The Showgirl Collection — four Taylor-inspired ice creams that channel the glam, heartbreak, and glittering chaos of her newest album Showgirl. And because no opening act is complete without a little pastry drama, we’re pairing the collection with two limited-run bakes: Brown Sugar Pop-Tarts and Sourdough Chocolate Chip Cookies.

Swirls of pink, blue, and purple cotton candy ice creams finished with a dusting of opal shimmer sugar, it's light, it’s fun, it’s giving main-character energy. Like the gem it’s named for, Opalite shifts with every scoop — pastel, playful, and unapologetically girly.
